As the sound of motorcycles starts to be heard around Rocky Point, the local organizers for this years 14th Rocky Point Rally gave a final press conference.

Bikers registering at Barclin’s Circle K today and tomorrow will get a couple of very useful things. First is a flyer built around a map of town, with the important Rally locations marked. For the last few years, folks in the Las Conchas neighborhood have honored the memory of resident artist Patti Springer with an annual art event. The call is out for artists to participate. Some go the extra mile and give a demonstration of how they create their work.
