Opening it’s doors in time for Spring Break, Colins’ Cantina is the new spot for breakfast, dinner, or Margaritas. Hours are from 8am to 10 pm (closed Wednesdays). With intimate seating inside, or ocean views from the patio, Colins’ is a place where friends meet after morning golf, or before hitting the town. Shrimp tacos, machaca burritos, or the Princessa burger (breaded chicken breast, cheese, and grilled pepperoncinis) are some of what makes the menu just right. Colins’ Cantina can be found as you enter the Princessa Resort on Sandy beach. Happy hour is 4pm to 5 pm with 1 dolar off mixed drinks and 2 for 1 Margaritas. You can contact them at 638 383 0700.
