Doug K	I would highly recommend this unit as everything in our stay was perfect. I took my 3 sons down for a few days and had just a fantastic time. The whole procedure from renting the unit, checking in, and checking out were seamless and easy. The unit is incredible has an amazing patio overlooking the ocean and is well furnished and very comfortable. The beds were clean and comfortable, and everything was spotless when we arrived. This is such a great spot to just get away for a couple of days and relax by the ocean!

Hiram D	Cost of my reservation total: $1152. The Sonoran Sun is a great family resort. I have never been disappointed. Gabriel (Security) always goes above and beyond for my family and I. Swim up bar staff is amazing!! The biggest disappointment of the trip started as soon as I tried to check in. The front desk clerk Cesar, was not friendly, seemed annoyed. Cesar would not let my family and I check in early even though, the condo owner gave permission and noted my account. I advised Cesar and he informed me that the owners need to understand the rules and guests are not permitted to check in early and that the room still needed to be "refreshed". I informed Cesar that the owner, Teresa, said the room was vacant and cleaned on Thursday. I had to call Teresa and explain the situation to her. Teresa called the manager, Daniel to figure out the situation. Teresa called me back and informed me that the keys were ready for pick up. Overall, this incident doesn't affect the resort its self and will continue to book at the Sonoran Sun!
