This two-bedroom oceanfront condo is located on Sandy Beach in Rocky Point (Puerto Penasco) Mexico.  The resort is directly on the beach!  Sonoran Sun is a gated property with 24-hour security.    This open floor plan unit is on the seventh floor with an amazing view of the old port, accessible from the living room and the master bedroom, with wall-to-wall sliding doors.  The master suite has a king bed, sitting area, and private bath.  The second bedroom also has a king bed and separate bathroom with tub, and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.  The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the appliances, cookware, and dishes to make you feel at home.   A washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience.
 
New ownership as of April 2021, all kitchen appliances and sink brand new stainless steel, updated living room and patio furnishings.  Bathrooms completely remodeled with granite counters and spacious glass door showers.  Cable TV in living room and both bedrooms and hi-speed wireless cable internet throughout the condo are included.  Many new upgrades and features throughout.
