Sonoran Sun - SW 102

This is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom ground level unit in the Sonoran Sun Resort. This unit is located on the 1st floor of the West Tower. The Sonoran Sun is a gorgeous oceanfront resort on Sandy Beach. The resort has a lot to offer, like beachfront swimming pools, Jacuzzis, Tennis Courts, and BBQ areas. You will also find a full-service spa, a cutting edge fitness center, restaurant, bar, and even a convenience store. This unit can sleep, 6 people. This unit is top of the line premium. It just does not get any better than this! You are a hop, skip and jump away from the sand and surf! This unit has a beautifully furnished living room with sliding glass doors and lovely green and white floral sun shades. There is a soft green colored sofa and love seat. There is a low-profile coffee table in dark wood with matching end tables on both sides of the sofas. Many plants surround the living area giving it a very tropical feel. There is a palm tree Tommy Bahama rug beneath the living room furniture that further adds to the lovely island feel.  The countertops are made of light-colored granite with a matching granite countertop. You will have wonderful white on white appliances which include a built-in microwave, oven, self-cleaning stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The countertop features a purified drinking water cooler, coffee maker, blender and toaster.  There is silverware and serving utensils in the drawers, pots pans and cookware in the cabinets and plenty of glasses, plates above.  The kitchen has a built-in breakfast bar with matching high back wrought iron and wood bar stools. The master bedroom has a beautiful birch colored king size bed with a fluffy pillow top mattress.

The bedding is a solid cream color with a matching bed skirt. The furniture suite includes an 8 drawer dresser with a mirror, a separate dresser with a TV and a bedside table with a lamp. The closet is huge and has full length double mirrored doors. You will have plenty of options for storing your clothes in this master bedroom. The master bathroom has a beautiful marble shower and tub with lovely rustic brass fixtures. The vanity has double sinks and plenty of counter space and lighting. The 2nd bedroom has a beautiful high headboard wood framed king size bed. The bedding is a pattern of palm trees on a heavy beige comforter. There is a floor lamp to the right and a bedside table to the left of the bed. The room has its own TV and DVD player so that you can watch movies in bed. The 2nd bathroom has one sink on the cultured marble vanity. The patio has been furnished with a glass top dining table set to seat six. There is also a love seat porch swing which is the perfect spot to rock yourself to sleep after a long day at the beach. The best thing about 1st-floor units is you are just steps away from all the action. No elevators or stairs to climb! You have reached your destination. The patio of this unit is perfect for sunset dining or happy hour celebrations. The unit also comes with a washing machine, dryer, and ceiling fans throughout.
