This beach is called like that because of its fine sand that mixes with the dessert dunes of this beautiful place from the Sea of Cortes. It also has a swimming pool area and gardens around with palms and a very quiet landscape from there to the mountainside as well.

Enjoy this House, one block from the best beach in San Carlos, cottons! Guardhouse, electronic access, you can walk anytime, and only find quiet families, passing a relaxing time on the beach. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 Full size bed in the master bedroom, and a full size bed in the second bedroom, also a full size futon in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, glassware, crockery and more. Perfect for 6 people 4 adults and 2 children, or maybe just friends!, it has tv with apple tv, one car open garage; a side patio from the house has a grill  to enjoy an outside dinner also! This cozy house has a nice simple decoration with the owner personal style to share with you!

From the house you may just walk one block to enjoy the beach with this beautiful soft sandy area, the awesome landscape will inspire you to have wonderful pictures to keep the best memories of your vacations in our friendly San Carlos. Also you may use the common area swimming pool right in front of the Club House.Further from Costa del Mar and sharing the same white beach, you will find fun in 5; Mar de Cortez restaurant with snacks and fun area right on the beach.

Costa del mar es una comunidad residencial cerrada frente a la mejor playa, Playa Algodones. Esta playa es llamada así debido a su fina arena que se mezcla con las dunas del desierto de este hermoso lugar del Mar de Cortés. Cuenta también con área de alberca y jardines con palmeras y un tranquilo paisaje de las montañas. 

Disfrute de esta casa a una cuadra de la mejor playa en San Carlos, Algodones! 
Casa segura, acceso electrónico, puede caminar a cualquier hora y solamente encontrarse con familias tranquilas, pasando el tiempo y relajándose en la playa. 
2 habitaciones y 2 baños; cama matrimonial en la habitación principal y una cama matrimonial en la segunda habitación, además cuenta con un futón tamaño matrimonial en la sala. Cocina completamente equipada con microondas, tostador, cafetera, licuadora, cristalería, sartenes. 
Perfecta para 6 personas; 4 adultos y 2 niños o tal vez solamente amigos. Tiene tv con apple tv; cuenta con garage abierto para un auto; patio lateral el cual cuenta con parrilla para disfrutar de una comida al aire libre. Esta acogedora casa tiene decoración minimalista con el toque personal del dueño. 

Desde la casa puede caminar 1 cuadra para disfrutar la playa con hermosa y suave arena, los maravillosos paisajes lo inspirarán a tomar hermosas fotografías para guardar sus recuerdos de San Carlos. Además puede hacer uso de las áreas comunes como la alberca que se encuentra frente a la casa club. Más allá de Costa del Mar y compartiendo la misma playa, encontrará diversión en restaurante Mar de Cortez.
