| Scott & | First I want to say Thank You to the HOA and Casago for always looking to improve the facilities. The condo market is very competitive and as owners we appreciate the efforts such as the new metal furniture purchased for the courtyard, several new blue loungers for the pool area, and the wonderful palapas area with the great Boardwalk access to the beach. Here are 2 thoughts… 1. The lobby is the first impression people have of the Sonoran Sun and it is showing signs of wear and tear and age. The furniture and carpets are really dirty and look old and some of the woodwork could be restored. An over all reno would be nice. Compared to the Sonoran Sea Lobby the Sun looks very worn even though they are two different styles. The other thing.. which would take a huge undertaking is improving the road from the roundabout with the new statue to the Esmeralda. Our taxes went up 400% this past year and was wondering if there is a coalition between the condos to push to improve the road. The Sandy beach condos have a lot of influence with the city govt and can they push forward an agenda to improve the road. There are Vegas strip like condos lined up but a horrible road to get to them. Thanks for your attention. |

| Angela | Overall? Amazing time! Friendly staff. My only complaint is the air in our unit wasn't working. We called on our first night to ask for help, and they said they would send someone in an hour. At that time we also requested another towel. We never got either of those requests. No one ever showed up to the unit for the air issue nor to give us towels. |

| Kayli | I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the resort grounds, every morning i saw staff cleaning the pool and surrounding areas. We very much enjoyed our stay and the amazing view from our room balcony. |
