| Nina | I did not get his name, but the gentleman who worked at the frontdesk all the days we stayed provided amazing customer service for my guests and I. The condo was perfect, and the pool and beach area were clean and maintained a fun atmosphere. I think the bar pool water was a little too warm, and the jacuzzis could've been a bit warmer, but I prefer the beach anyway. <br>I always loved that this resort provides the umbrellas and beach chairs. One of the chairs was a little broken. <br>The lobby, gym and other facilities were superb. The cost was perfect. Lots of parking which was convenient. All the workers were very friendly and the entire place felt secure. <br> <br>I love coming to Rocky Point and I bring new visitors each year; they always have a great time and look forward to coming back as soon as possible. <br> <br>We will definitely book this condo again. Muchisimas gracias por todo! |

We enjoyed our stay at the Sonoran Sun and plan on returning and renting the same property for our 27 annual Rocky Point trip. Your staff especially, Danna provided excellent service including answering questions prior to arriving and while we were at the Sonoran Sun. Security was great and courteous. We had a great time while we were there, we had a great time, not only at the resort, but in Puerto Penasco. |
