Enjoy modern luxury at the brand-new Sonoran Star Resort, perfectly positioned on Sandy Beach in Rocky Point. This elegant, hotel-style studio is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, offering comfort, style, and breathtaking views.

A cozy dining table for two sits beside sliding glass doors that lead to the private balcony. The balcony features a raised table with tall bar stools and an inviting L-shaped outdoor sofa with a coffee table.

From here, you can enjoy beautiful views of the nearby marina and the lighthouse-topped hill above the Malecón. Watch shrimp boats as they come and go in the harbor — a signature Rocky Point experience.

The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and prep sink for simple meals or snacks.
In the bathroom, you’ll find a spacious walk-in shower and an elegant double-sink vanity with custom lighting and a large mirror set against a granite backsplash.


Please note:
The building located in the center-left section of the map is currently under construction, which may generate some construction noise during the day.
In addition, several condo owners are completing interior renovations. This work is permitted from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and may occasionally result in daytime noise.
As shown on the map, covered parking is not yet available, and current parking is located on a compacted dirt area. However, the boulevard directly in front of the lobby is fully finished and accessible.
