Please note:

• The building located in the center-left section of the map is currently under construction, which may generate some construction noise during the day.
• In addition, several condo owners are completing interior renovations. This work is permitted from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and may occasionally result in daytime noise.
• As shown on the map, covered parking is not yet available, and current parking is located on a compacted dirt area. However, the boulevard directly in front of the lobby is fully finished and accessible.

ABOUT THIS SPACE

Complete condominium with three bedrooms at the Sonoran Star Resort, the newest in Rocky Point. The main room is truly grand, presenting a large dining table , cozy living room groom den area with TV, and a wall of windows facing the Sea of Cortez. The bacon is fully furnished and inviting. The kitchen centers around a large island with counter top stove, and bar stool seating. All large and small appliances are provide, and a washer and dryer are set in separate room as well.

The master bedroom has a king bed, and its own bathroom with shower, vanity, and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a king bed, closets and attached private bathroom.  The third bedroom is a large hotel room style space with its own bathroom, and a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, and a private balcony.

The private balcony is an excellent space to enjoy breathtaking views of the beach, and ocean beyond.

The kitchenette offers s coffee maker, microwave, and small fridge. There is a lot of closet space as well. The attached bathroom has an elegant twin sink vanity, topped by two mirrors and custom lighting. There is a large walk-in shower, and separate room with toilet.

Enjoy spacious Resort grounds that include a lazy river, negative edge pools, shallow area for kids, as well as shaded swim up bars.
