This tastefully decorated one-bedroom suite is located on the 11th floor.  It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.  The home decor is stylish, boasting textures of wood and leather, with chic shiny and rusty metal accents.  The burnt orange and pewter tones complement favorite artistic accents for guests to contemplate when not mesmerized by the ocean view.  The living room set has a dark brown leather queen size sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress.  There are several mirrors in the room to accent the natural light and art features.  The coffee table, end tables, area rug and lamps are carefully selected to be both warm and functional for the guest.  Guests can rely on cozy wraps while enjoying the cool sea breeze in the morning, or relaxing nights observing life on the sea.  The furnishings are comfortable, and the space lends a clean and spacious air.  The entertainment center consists of a credenza made of dark wood with a wall-mounted SMART LCD 55" TV with premium surround sound system, a DVD player, and cable. The unit has its own private high-speed internet connection.  This kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and granite backsplash, and the cabinets are made of quality dark wood including a pantry.  The appliances are all stainless steel and include, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, Keurig, dishwasher, and sink with garbage disposal.  You will find this kitchen to have a gourmet spice rack, a set of knives, blender. and a chilled water cooler. The breakfast bar includes four high chairs and it is the perfect place to have your breakfast and morning coffee. There is also a dining room table with two chairs. This unit is equipped with a new washer and dryer.  

In the bedroom, there is a King size bed with a memory foam mattress. The headboard is dark chocolate with two matching nightstands and a spacious six drawer chest.  The room includes a wall-mounted TV, and a DVD player is included.  The king-size bed is covered with a chocolate, orange and white striped bedspread.  The terrace is the perfect place to relax and unwind.  On this terrace, the patio furniture includes a love seat and two chairs all with overstuffed red cushions and a matching center table.  

NOTE: For outdoor BBQ-ing, there is a designated area on the 3rd floor for the use of charcoal grills and playground for small children.  (Charcoal is not included, for sale at convenience store).
