You are very wise to choose such a lovely resort like the Princessa de Penasco. This resort is made up of five yellow condo towers that bend to form an enclave so that all the views of the ocean are unobstructed. The resort has a green tropical courtyard in the center with lots of grass, palm trees and colorful flowers lining the red brick paths. The condo has many first-class amenities like a beachfront swimming pool, sunbathing beneath palm tree covered umbrellas and a heated Jacuzzi. The resort has a sand volleyball court where you can challenge your neighbors to a friendly match and an oceanfront fitness center where you can get a great work out. If you get hungry to take a walk through the courtyard to the Agave restaurant that has wonderful homemade chips and salsa and wonderful frozen margaritas. This 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom condo are located on the 4th floor of the E Tower. Each side of the bed has its own lighted nightstand and there is a dresser with a TV on the other wall. The room includes a double door closet on each side of the bay view window and a lower cabinet for your shoes and suitcases. The attached master bathroom has an arched entry with another closet, single sink mirrored vanity and a private tub, shower, and commode. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed with colorful bedding and two matching bedside tables. The room includes a dresser and a large double door closet for your clothing. You can look out the window and see out to the resort courtyard or keep it open at night to allow the fresh air in. the hall bathroom has a walk-in shower with a single sink mirrored vanity and commode. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs so that you can have your morning coffee and feel the ocean breeze blow through your hair. You could also have dinner on the terrace and watch the sunset over the Sea of Cortez. Maybe you prefer to kick back and relax with a good book while you listen to the sounds of the tide rolling in and out. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout.
