Princesa Resort D 208 is a wonderful two bedroom condominium above the grounds of the Resort near the Restaurant. 

This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is located on the 2nd floor of the D Tower. This condo has a beautiful ocean view and has accommodations for 6 guests; 2 people can sleep on the pull out sofa in the living area and 2 people can rest in each bedroom. The living room has been recently updated with a new leather sofa (includes upgraded pull-out queen-size bed) and a complimenting leather recliner chair. The room has a media unit with a new flat screen TV and DVD player. You can stay in close contact with the folks back home because the condo comes with high speed wireless internet, a Vonage phone line, and cable television.

You can get to the terrace though the sliding glass doors in the living room. In the dining room there is a lovely table with chairs lighted by a hanging chandelier lamp. The kitchen has new granite countertops with stainless steel appliances and white cabinets. The kitchen has serving ware, cookware, and plenty of flatware. You only need to provide the food and beverages. The kitchen also has a built in bar. The main bedroom has a king size bed with and new comforter/decorative pillows. The room has 2 lighted beechwood bedside tables and a reading lamp. You can store things in the lower double door closet underneath the ocean view window and/or the closet behind the sink in the main bathroom. The lower closet is great for storing luggage and shoes. The main bathroom is attached with a tub, shower, commode, and a single sink mirrored vanity.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bunk bed with a matching suite of furniture that includes a bed side table and dresser. The room has a large double door closet with and a window that looks out to the condo entrance. The hall bathroom has a walk in shower, commode, and a single sink mirrored vanity. The views from the terrace are out of this world. You would really enjoy having your dinner outside so that you can admire the famous Rocky Point sunsets. You could also have a happy hour cocktail and soothe your souls with the sounds of the waves rolling in and out. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. You will be quite impressed with the comfort and décor of this condo.
