Princesa De Peñasco - B 106

 The Princesa de Penasco is a world of its own! You will feel the Old World Mexican Colonial feel by the architectural design and the courtyard layout. This cozy little resort was constructed in the shape of an arc which makes it have a very cozy enclave feel. The grounds are vibrantly green with grass and exotic flowers. The courtyard has a sand volleyball court, a bocce ball court,The resort also has three swimming pools, one of which is heated during cold weather, a Jacuzzi and shaded palapa covers and BBQs. You will never have to miss a work out because the Princesa has a wonderful fitness center in the middle of the courtyard. The resort offers an on-site restaurant where you can fill up on Mexican / American fare and enjoy daily drink specials. Beside it is a pool bar. You will fall in love with the Princesa and its comfortable surroundings.

This 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom condo is located on the ground floor of the B building. This condo can accommodate 6 guests; 2 in each of the bedrooms and 2 on the queen sofa sleeper. The living room of this condo has a very clean and modern feel with its two black leather love seats, a queen size sofa sleeper. The table lamps made by the owner from seashells from local beaches. The room also has a light wood media cabinet with a TV, books, movies, DVD player and stereo. You will never be out of reach because the condo comes with high-speed wireless internet and a smart TV. The dining room has a large cherry wood rectangular shaped table that can seat 8. The wall behind the dining table has a wall-mounted metal framed mirror and a console table and desk. The dining room also has a large china cabinet loaded from top to bottom with glasses and serving pieces. The kitchen has white cabinets and an Island with beautiful marble counter tops, and back splases . The island has two bar stools on one side.The kitchen has a large fridge, glass top stove, dishwasher, and the laundry room has a washer and dryer. You bring the food and drinks and we provide everything else.

The master bedroom has a large king-size wooden bed frame with a uniquely cut headboard. Each side of the bed has its own table with a reading lamp. The room has a large window.  The room also has a beautiful Mexican shelving unit and dresser opposite the bed with a TV . The master bathroom has a private bath tub with a shower, and toilet. A mirrored single sink vanity is between the bedroom and bathroom.

The 2nd bedroom has one massive wood cut out headboard with two twin extra long size beds; one in each corner. Between the beds is a lighted bedside table and there are 3 pieces of modern art adorning the wall above the headboard. The room has a window with mini blinds that looks out to the condo entry.

You can get to the 600 square foot patio through the sliding glass doors off the living room.

The patio has a four chaise loungers and a solid metal dining set with lots of chairs where you can enjoy a sunset meal or a breakfast at sunrise. The patio also is a great place to with meet with a group of friends or family. The condo also comes ceiling fans throughout. You will not be disappointed with the accommodations of this lovely condo.
