Welcome to condominium A 406 at popular Princesa De Peñasco Resort.  This is your beautiful home away from home ready for your next Rocky Point getaway. Wake up to the amazing morning sunrise, and take in the lights of town after sunset.

The recently remodeled kitchen has newer appliances, with a full complement of cookware, as well as all dinnerware. The kitchen counter adds three extra seats for casual dining, while four can sit at the dining table. The living room has two newer sofas, one a  full size sleeper and the other a loveseat.

In the master bedroom you encounter a new pillow top king sized bedroom set. There is a duel set of black out curtains that allow you to sleep in. The attached master bathroom has a newly remodeled shower with glass blocks new fixtures. There is a mirror topped vanity as well. The guest bedroom also has a pillow top king size bed with large closet. The second bathroom has an oversized walk in shower with glass block wall, along with new bathroom fixtures.

The units decor has been filled with mostly local artwork. TV's are all smart for streaming. There are ceiling fans throughout, along with a washer and dryer. The balcony rides above the Resort grounds, offering a dining table for four to help you relax and take it all in.
