Princessa de Penasco is one of the best resorts on the Sea of Cortez. Princesa has 3 beautiful swimming pools with great views to the Sea of Cortez, as well as kid’s pool next to each pool. There is also a Jacuzzi and fitness center.

This condo will sleep 4 adults and 1 Child; 2 adults per bedroom (master bedroom - queen, 2nd bedroom twin over full bunk bed). The family room has a dark brown leather couch with a matching leather armchair.  The media cabinet has a 46 inch (116cm) smart TV, blue-ray player. There is 5G wireless internet in every unit. You will enjoy this great view of old port from the 2nd floor terrace.

The dining area has a round, light wood colored table with six chairs. This room has a wall hung mirror behind the table that makes the area feel very open and spacious. The kitchen has white cabinets with ceramic tiled countertops, new full range/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The kitchen comes equipped with all things needed to cook a delicious meal. You just bring the food, drinks and a bathing suit!  

The master bedroom has a queen size, light wood and black wrought iron bed with blue green bedding. This room has two lighted bedside tables and a dresser. There is a small window on each side of the bed. The room also has a small closet.  The master bathroom has a single sink vanity with a private walk in shower, tub and commode. The 2nd bedroom has been furnished with a twin over full bunk bed which includes a bedside table, and dresser. The room has a closet to hang clothes and a window that faces the condo entrance.  The 2nd bathroom is located in the hallway and has a single sink vanity with a walk in shower. The patio has the most beautiful view of the ocean, old port and the resort. You could easily spend your time at La Princessa hanging on the patio, enjoy your favorite cocktail while you watch the sunset or listen to the sounds of the waves crashing.
