The developer has done an amazing job creating a luxury resort feel from the moment you drive in. This resort is currently offering many wonderful amenities and continuously adding more. Our 3 main towers are Velero, Verano & Viento, and are completed and ready to enjoy. We can't wait to share our beautiful resort with you! 

Overview:
Viento 1102 has a split floor plan with 11th-floor ocean views. There are large glass sliding doors in both suites and living areas to experience an indoor/outdoor feel.

The living area includes a 55” Smart TV, offers comfortable seating, and a sofa that converts into a queen-sized bed for additional kids and guests. There are puzzles and games for your entertainment and a comfortable dining table for six.

Both suites include a King-size bed, wall-mounted 50” smart TV, smart ceiling fan with dimmable light, walk-in closet, granite surround walk-in shower, and granite counters.

The laundry room has a Full-size Samsung washer and dryer, a sink, an iron and ironing board, a small vacuum, and other cleaning tools.
 
Amenities at Encantame Towers
> Two large negative edge pools along the beach. There are also smaller pools around the property. 

> Two lazy rivers, two water slides, and shallow areas for children in the pools, along with large group-size jacuzzis.

> The only Adults-only rooftop amenities in Rocky Point include an infinity pool, jacuzzi and bar with amazing 24th-floor ocean views exclusive to owners and guests staying at the resort 21+.
