This unit is top of the line premium. You can’t get any higher than this because you are at the top of the world! This unit has been decorated with the most premium and high-end furnishings you can imagine. Starting with the living room you will see beige Venetian plastered walls with dark brown crown molding trim all the way around the unit. There is a large grey sleeper sofa to allow for extra guests and extra comfortable for sitting. There is a huge wood framed mirror above the couch to make the room feel even bigger and more spacious. There are a lovely glass top coffee table, There is a 36” inch flat screen plasma TV on the opposite wall with a VCR, DVD and premium BOSE stereo system wired throughout the unit. There are two massive sliding glass doors that open to the penthouse terrace. There are a few tropical plants strategically place throughout the great room to give you a real island feel. The dining area has a regal glass top table set to seat four. The chairs have l=high back leather seats and cushions. There is a lovely complimenting piece of art hung on the wall and a beautiful chandelier hanging from above to light the area. The kitchen has light wood colored cabinetry with lighted plant shelves above. The countertops are beautiful neutral colored granite with a matching granite backsplash. You will have top of the line white appliances which include a built-in microwave, oven, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. There are also many small countertop appliances like a blender, toaster, coffee maker and coffee grinder. The kitchen is fully loaded with dishes, pots, pans, Tupperware, serving ware, flatware and much more. All you will need to bring is food and clothing. There is also a bar built into the kitchen that can be a great place to enjoy breakfast or a cocktail in the evening. There are three matching high back leather bar stools. The master bedroom has a large modern metal and wood canopy bed. The bed has a king size pillow top mattress with modern brown bedding with a light cream circular print upon it. One side of the room has a leather recliner and there are a TV and DVD provided in the armoire on the opposite side. One side of the bed has a bedside table with a lamp which makes bedside reading a breeze. There are two sliding glass doors off the master that opens up to the terrace and allow the sounds of the waves to lull you to sleep at night. The master bathroom has a cultured marble vanity with him and hers sinks. There is a large tub and shower combo covered with a light cream colored shower curtain. The bathroom is very spacious with excellent lighting. The 2nd bedroom has tan Venetian plastered walls with a huge pillow top king size bed with a dark brown bed frame. In the living room you can easily rest in the Queen Size Sofa Bed. The bedding is a silky charcoal gray duvet with a goose down comforter inside. Across from the bed, there is a matching armoire dresser with double doors. Inside the double doors, there is a 36” flat-screen TV and DVD player. The hall bathroom has a single sink with a large vanity. There are a tub, shower and plenty of clean towels nearby. The terrace has been furnished with a dining table set to seat four and a separate rocking chair seating area facing the ocean. You will also enjoy the convenience of an outdoor cooler and foosball table just inside. You will enjoy the soothing sounds from the waves and sunsets that will make your head spin.
