Brad T	Unit is very tired. Propane firepit not operational. Shower in corner master has black mold on the ceiling. Coffee maker broken and made a huge mess. Telephone not operational, so no communication with front desk. Furniture needs a good cleaning. No window treatments in main area. Cleaning service came only once over 3 nights.
