Paraiso del Mar is a resort-like no other. Located in the amazing city of La Paz B.C.S., Paraiso del Mar has a one of a kind golf course, designed by Arthur Hills. This golf course has a reputation for being one of the best courses in Baja. Paraiso del Mar is located on the El Mogote peninsula, across the bay from the Malecon of La Paz. You can also take a trip by water to Isla Espiritu Santo, an island that is uninhabited and protected. The island is a sanctuary to the people of La Paz. Paraiso del Mar is home to the Mogote turtle and they come here and lay their eggs.
This led to an important project, it is called “Protect and Release”.
When the baby turtles are ready to hatch, usually in a 45-day period, Paraiso del Mar staff, owners and friends release the baby turtles at dusk and we encourage our guests to experience this sensational experience. After releasing the Mogote baby turtles, come and join us at Paraiso del Mar’s Pool Bar and Grill for fresh seafood and their delicious handmade pizzas.
