Two bedroom condominium that puts you right at the center of all the Sandy Beach fun in Rocky Point. The balcony is furnished with a dining table, and a comfortable sofa areas that looks out over the Resort grounds. The spacious layout has the living room, kitchen, and dining table in the main area. An electric fireplace sets this unit apart from the rest.
The main bedroom I on the oceanside, with a king bed, leather sofa, mirrored closet, and tv. The attached bathroom has a glass block enclosed shower stall, and a mirrored double sink vanity.
The kitchen is fully loaded with appliances and cookware. You will find bar stools at the kitchen counter for extra seating. A separate utility room offered a full sized washer and dryer. Enjoy a great, spacious patio that really connects you with the beautiful Sonoran Sun Resort grounds below. Views are stupendous towards the sunset. You will enjoy a dining table , and well as a casual seating area.
