This is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom 7th level unit in the Sonoran Sun Resort. This unit is located on the 7th floor of the West Tower.  This is an oceanfront unit with a completely unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean from your private terrace. There are one end table and a coffee table that sits over on top of a handwoven floral Oriental rug. The dining area has a rectangular maple wood table with 6 matching chairs. The dining area is illuminated with natural light from the sliding glass doors behind it. The kitchen has cabinets in the same wood finish as the dining table. The countertops and backsplash are made of solid granite which is very easy to clean up after cooking a gourmet meal. The kitchen has all major appliances like a dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, flat ceramic cooktop range, fridge, and a built-in microwave. There is also a purified drinking water cooler, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the necessary tools for creating a delicious meal. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a lovely beige colored duvet bedspread. The room has bedside tables and a large dresser with a TV and DVD player. There is an additional seating area near the window where you can curl up with your favorite book or magazine. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity, tub, and shower with a lovely curtain closure with a King size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a King size mattress on a black wrought iron frame. The bedding is a silky brown with white abstract design. Above the bed, there is a picture that compliments the bedding and abed side table on each side. There is a window with shades that can be left open at night to hear the sounds of the surf. The 3rd bedroom also has a king-size bed with a matching suite of furniture. The room has [plenty of room in the closet and a dresser to store your clothing. You will also have a confortable queen size sofa bed in the living room where you can enjoy your nights hearing the sound of the waves. The hall bathroom has a single sink vanity with excellent lighting and lots of storage space. The bathroom has a tub and shower with a colorful shower curtain. There are plenty of clean towels and linens in the hall linen closet. The wrap-around terrace has a glass top dining table set to seat 6. You will enjoy magnificent sunrises and sunsets over the Sea of Cortez.
