On the 6TH FLOOR OF THE SONORAN SUN RESORT, SO YOU KNOW THE VIEWS WILL BE STUNNING. Nothing to block your view, as the beach and ocean are right outside your patio. Great space for 6 guests, a king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen size bed in guest bedroom and also there is a queen size sofa sleeper in living room.

The Sonoran Sun Resort out the competition to shame with a great on-site restaurant, and it's his own convenience store shop so that you don't have to drive first thing in the AM, and 3 pools that stretch lazily along the properties edge by the beach.

Spectacular views and comfortable living space with all of the amenities that you require to enjoy your time away. Upon entering this retreat you immediately are taken with the ocean that is steps away.  It is like looking out the back of a cruise ship. The 6th-floor location has an expansive balcony with a slate pub table, providing seating for six. A comfortable couch allows you to relax in the salt air while you watch the dolphins swim before your very eyes! The kitchen has granite throughout and new stainless steel appliances. It includes everything you need to cook that gourmet meal you desire….pots, pans, dishes, blender, toaster, keurig and coffee pot. The dining room has a lovely dinette set that seats four while the bar has beautiful leather bar stools for an additional two. 

Adjacent to the kitchen is a living room complete with a leather recliner and couch. There are coffee tables and lamps for your comfort. Behind the couch is a large mirror that provides a view of the ocean.

There are wall-mounted flat-screen televisions in all rooms with cable. If you want to stay connected, there is wireless internet and a telephone that allows free calls to the U.S. The guest room and the living room have DVD players and included is a selection of movies for your use while you relax.

The master bath has a double vanity with a walk-in marble tile shower and the master bedroom has a comfortable king bed with a view of the Sea of Cortez through a sliding glass door to the balcony.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, its own bath across the hall that includes a marble vanity with a tub and shower. There is a large walk-in closet for storage. 

This Condo also has a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. There are extra linens, blankets, and towels for your convenience.  Also included are a few boogie boards and umbrellas for your day in the sun and sand!
