This is a first-class resort with many amenities like a swim-up bar, restaurant, Jacuzzi, spa, state of the art fitness center and even a convenience store. This is one of the most popular resorts on Sandy Beach. Unit 311 can easily accommodate up to four guests. This unit has a lovely furnished family room with a sofa, love seat and matching suite of furniture. The bigger sofa pulls out to a comfortable queen bed for two additional guests. There is a lovely decorative chandelier that hangs from above to light the room. The kitchen has dark wood-colored cabinets with a complimenting granite countertop and matching granite backsplash. The kitchen includes all major appliances like a built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and stove. There are also many small countertop appliances like a coffee maker, blender and toaster. The kitchen sink is white to match the appliances and has a removable sprayer faucet for easier cleanup. The kitchen also has a built-in bar perfect to use as additional seating or as a serving station for your guests. There is a lovely colorful parrot mobile that hangs right above the refrigerator. You will find everything you need to cook and entertain your guests. The bedroom has a king-size bed with a very ornate headboard and footboard. The bedding is in brown, tan, and cream with a striped pattern upon it. There are tables on both sides of the bed with lamps and a piece of matching decorative art prints above. The opposite wall has a mirrored dresser with 8 drawers. There is a TV, DVD and VCR hung above the dresser on the opposite side of the bed. The closet has sliding mirrored doors with plenty of shelving and storage for your belongings. The bathroom has a sink vanity made with marble surrounds and brushed copper faucets. There is a tub/shower combo with a lovely curtain and plenty of clean towels nearby. The patio has been furnished so that you can have a sunset meal or curl up in one of the chairs to read a book while soothing your soul to the sounds of the waves. You have a panoramic view of the ocean and the entire Sonoran Sun property. This is a great place to check out the action taking place at the pool below.
