This beautiful suite is located on the 4th floor and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can easily accommodate 6 guests (6 adults).  This suite is furnished in modern decor with bright colors and leather fabrics.  The walls and ivory and the ceiling are white. There is dark ceiling molding throughout this suite.  At the entrance, there is a beautiful domed ceiling with a lovely chandelier. As you walk down the hallway you will find guest bedroom 1 and a guest bath in the hallway.  Across the hall is guest bedroom two with a private bath.  As you walk further down the hallway there is a large mirror that spans almost the entire length of the hallway.  As you approach the living room area there is another door which, is the private laundry room fully equipped with a full-size washer, dryer, and additional storage space.   The living room has a beautiful rust-colored L shaped sofa with two leather reclining chairs.  The sofa also opens into two single sleepers.  There are a matching coffee table and entertainment unit.  Behind the sofa is a large mirror and under the coffee table is a geometric designed area rug in shades of rust, brown and ivory.  Above the lovely entertainment center is a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV.  On top of the entertainment center are 3 very large, very beautiful vases.  There is also a ceiling fan above the sofa.  The Dining area has a rectangular mahogany table that seats eight.  The chairs are high backs and covered in leather cushions and backboards.  There are a matching hutch and a chandelier above the table.  The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances throughout. The oven and microwave are built-in and the countertops and backsplash are granite.  The island wet bar also has a wine refrigerator and easily seats three.  The bar chairs match the dining tables and are wood with leather high backs and seats.  The stovetop is a flat corning glass surface.  There is plenty of prep space and cupboards as well as a small pantry.  The master bedroom also has a patio door that opens onto the terrace.  There is a ceiling fan and the colors on the walls are sand and white.  The king-size four-poster bed set is done in a black lacquer finish and has matching night tables and a 12-drawer dresser with a larger mirror.  To the right of the mirror is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.  The bedding is horizontal stripes of tan, rust, reds, browns, and ivory.  The throw pillows complement and bring out the colors in the comforter.  There is also a double sliding mirror door closet.  The master bath has a rain shower, double sink vanity, plenty of bright lighting and a deep Jacuzzi bathtub.  The view of the terrace is magnificent.  After the sun sets the sky and sea meet in beautiful shades of blue.  Guest bedrooms 1 and 2 are across the hall from each other.  Guest bedroom 1 has a king-size bed set with a beautiful headboard and footboard, matching night tables and a dresser.  The guest bath is in the hallway and has a single sink vanity and a rain shower.  Guest bedroom two has a queen-size bed set with matching night tables and dresser.  This bedroom enjoys a private bath with double sink vanity and a rain shower.  There is also a closet with double sliding mirror doors.  The bedding in both bedrooms is similar and is modern designs with rust, brown bones and ivory.  There are compliment throw pillows and matching shams in both rooms.  The terrace has two ceiling fans, a wet bar and a glass top table that easily seats 6 guests.  This is the perfect place to entertain, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.  You can watch the beautiful sunsets or just let the warm salty sea breeze surround your body while you just relax.  The views are magnificent and you are only a few steps away from a wonderful walk along the beach.  You can sit on the sofa with the terrace doors open and let the Sea of Cortez into your living room.  You can also enjoy wireless internet, DVD, VCR, and a stereo.  Enjoy your stay.
NOTE: The balcony BBQ do not work, there is a designated area on the 3rd floor for the use of charcoal grills and playground for small children.  (Charcoal is not included, for sale at convenience store).
