Welcome to our Poolside Paradise! Our ground floor 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo D102 at the Princesa Resort will be your Mexican-themed home away from home. Pool-level convenience--No waiting for the elevator, and only about 50 feet to the pool's edge! It's a quick walk to the other end of building "D" to enjoy the food, drinks, music, and atmosphere of Colin's Cantina (or bring your meal back to the condo to enjoy).
Walkout into your "front yard" to dine at our patio table while watching the hummingbirds in the bouganvilla and listening to the waves. Get some firewood and enjoy our patio chimney on the chillier evenings.

Guest Bedroom--Queen bed, lots of closet space

Kitchen--Well-stocked with all the cooking and dining essentials. Small appliances include a blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave
Fully air-conditioned, ceiling fans in each room, and a stacking washer and dryer for your use in the condo. Drinking water, soaps, laundry detergent, and paper products all provided. Remember your beach towels and cooler and you're ready to enjoy your vacation at our poolside paradise at the Princesa.
