Great two bedroom Princesa condominium that offer terrific views of the Resort grounds, and the ocean as well.

You will enjoy the leather sofas in the living room, patio, dining table for four, and the complete kitchen as well.

The living room has a leather sleeper sofa , and 2 additional plump chairs make a great place to hang out or enjoy DVDs played on the 55' large screen TV.

The master bathroom has a shower/tub, single sink vanity, and a private commode. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size wrought iron framed bed with the bronze-colored bedding set. Both sides of the bed have a bed stand with a reading lamp and a dresser on the opposite wall. The dresser has a TV so you can watch TV from bed. Above the bed, there is a beautiful painting that brings out the bronze color of the bedding. There is a window in the 2nd bedroom that faces the entrance of the unit. The 2nd bathroom is located in the hallway and has a walk-in shower with one sink and commode.

The patio has a square-shaped glass top table and four matching beige mesh chairs. The terrace is a wonderful venue for watching the Rocky Point sunsets or for relaxing with a cold cocktail and breathing in the salty ocean air. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout.
