Marina Pinacate - 220

This is a lovely 2nd floor 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom unit inside the Marina Pinacate Resort. The Marina Pinacate is located close to the very popular and beautiful Sandy Beach. This resort is so wonderful because on one side you have an oceanfront property and on the other side you are able to walk across the street to many restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities. In addition to the close proximity to services you also have a beautiful swimming pool, tiled sunbathing deck, and a lovely common area BBQ. The BBQ area is perfect for grilling up your purchases from the fish market. This unit is poolside so you are just one floor away from taking a refreshing swim. The living room of this unit has been furnished with a plush tan colored sofa and matching chair.  There are matching ends tables, coffee tables, and an entertainment unit. Inside the entertainment unit, you will find a large TV and a DVD player. Above the sofa, there is a huge wood framed mirror that really opens up the room and gives it a more spacious feel. There are also two sliding glass doors that open up to your private covered ocean view patio. The dining room has a round dining table set to seat four people. The chairs are high back wrought iron and have soft colored seat cushions. Above the dining room table, there is a hand-painted Mexican Tile plate which is just beautiful. The kitchen features white cabinets with complimenting white tiled countertops and a matching white tile backsplash. The kitchen has black and white appliances which include a built-in microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, and refrigerator. There are also small appliances like a coffee maker and blender. The kitchen cupboards, pantry, and drawers have been filled with everything needed to cook and entertain. The kitchen also has a white tiled breakfast bar lined with three high back bar stools. The breakfast bar doubles as additional seating and serves as a great location for waiting for the morning coffee to brew. The master bedroom has a large king-size bed with a dark wood arched headboard. The bedding is a dark brown color and there are many plush and comfy pillows. The room has matching bedside tables as well as a large dresser to keep your clothes. There is a dressing table that is perfect for applying make-up and jewelry and a TV and DVD player hung in the corner. There is also a window that is nice to leave open at night so that you can soothe your soul with the sounds of the waves. The master bathroom has a single sink vanity with plenty of lighting and storage space. Fresh clean towels. The patio has been furnished with seating so that you can enjoy happy hour while taking in the sights of the most awesome Rocky Point sunsets.
