This is a Deluxe ground Floor Condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It is very desirable to be on the ground floor and is in high demand with easy access to pool and beach without the hassle and waiting for elevators. The condo has quality furnishings and top of the line Stainless Steel appliances. Each bedroom has a king-sized bed.
This condo has all the latest in entertainment with a 60¨ smart TV in the spacious living room and flat-screen TV´s in every bedroom, as well as free WIFI. Fabulous oceanfront views from the living room and master bedroom. Walk off your patio to a beautiful lawn and only a few steps to 3 pools, Jacuzzis and a swim-up bar. Continue a few more feet to the beach and enjoy your private palapa and the blue waters of the Sea of Cortez.
This large condo can accommodate 8 comfortably, with three king beds and a queen sofa sleeper. The large dining table seats eight. This is a beautifully decorated condo. An impressive tropical oil painting hangs behind the large sectional sofa.
The Sonoran Sun has many amenities including on-site restaurants, convenience store, modern fitness facilities, BBQ & gas grills, tennis courts, and more. There is daily maid service and washer & dryer in the condo.

The SUN was beyond my expectations: the friendly staff, the absolute cleanliness of the condo AND exterior grounds, and the comfortable accommodations were superb. | Steve | Wasn't super happy about some major things broken in condo. The main Arcadia door was broke and we couldn't use it. Staff did send someone out to look at but unable to fix due to major damage to frame. The door wouldn't slide open. We had to use the bedroom door. That's kind of a major thing. We buy a condo on beach especially on ground level for that access. Also the fridge wasn't working when we got there , they did send out a technician that evening and was fixed but I had to keep staying at the unit to wait for people to show up and kind of messed up some plans. I paid almost $2000 and truly hampered our stay. I tried to email casago and no response. I truly think I should get either some type of refund or some type of discount on your next stay. We had to keep using a bedroom door for access to the beach. The staff was good and made all attempts to get fixed or send someone so I appreciate that. But I didn't get what was stated and paid full price for a unit that wasn't in 100% working condition. Thanks for your time and hope there is something that can been done to remedy your stay. Steve |

The manager Danna is very helpful and has an excellent staff. <br>We also stay a couple of other times for a few days and have friends that stay for a month and think the resort is great. we have stayed at the other Sonoran Resorts and they are all fine but we enjoy this on the most. |

| Ralph | We have been going to Rocky Point as a family (20 members) for the past 13 years. We had stayed at the Princessa Resort, but in 2012 we all decided to move to the Sonora Sun Resort because the Princessa Resort condos were not kept up nicely and the kitchen was poorly equipped and broken or not working properly. At the Sonoran Sun the condos were beautiful, well equipped, same for grounds. We'll recommend it to our friends and relatives. |
