Outdoor games on the patio include oversized checkers, dominoes, and dice. The front patio is a cantilever. “Hang out” there in the Outdoor Living Room. Great space for reading or R & R. There are plenty of dining and seating arrangements for all houseguests.

This comfortable condo features an open floor plan concept. Main area with kitchen, dining, and living room. Sliding glass doors open to the front cantilevered patio. Access the “Casita” from either the grand terrace or the outdoor hallway. This casita also Includes a coffee station and fridge. “DIEGO'S DEN” is a separate bedroom the kids will love. The bedroom “La Sirena” has a queen memory foam sleeper sofa so this area can serve as an extra TV/ living room or bedroom.
