| Marla | Condo description states that it has satellite tv/wifi. Wifi was not connected when we showed up and had to have maintenance come reset. Satellite should be stated correctly that it is local satellite and mostly spanish speaking channels. <br>Unit had most closets/storage locked for owner storage which would be fine, except that neither of the rooms had dressers for storing clothing, etc. and nowhere in the common area to store towels, etc. |

| Jeffrey | Everything was very nice, and I will come back as I have stayed at the Prinsessa many times,However when I went to check out it was 20 after 8am in the morning. I was told I could not get my 200 dollar deposit until 9am. There were at least 6 other guests that came in after me bit before 9am and were told the same thing. None of us had been told at check in that we could not get our cash deposit returned to us until 9am I feel you need to do 1 of 2 things for your guests convenience you need to move that refund time up to 8am as I think most people would like or at the very least let people know when they check in, that when they leave a cash deposit they can't get in at check out until after 9am Thank you for your time. |
