There is nothing like a Rocky Point beach vacation. Experience all the sights and sounds, and make lots of memories when you stay at Princesa D 104. You are right on the ground floor. Step onto the lush Resort lawn. Dive into the nearby pool. It’s an easy walk one to the beach, sand volley ball, BBQ grills, the Day Spa, or popular Colins Cantina for breakfast or a cold drink!
This excellent one bedroom unit is a home away from home. The kitchen is complete, with an upgraded and lovely granite counter top, and all need appliances. There is a hidden closet with a washer, dryer, andsink. Lots of cabinets and an ample pantry, along with bar stools at the kitchen counter.
Sink into the inviting leather sofa, or recliner in the well appointed living room. The large entertainment center has a TV, DVD, and fun paperbacks for Summer reading.
The bedroom is cozy and private, with its Queen bed, mirrored closet, TV, dresser, and separate access to the bathroom. Her you will enjoy an upgraded shower, and a separate vanity with mirror.
Sliding glass doors open onto arresting views from you patio. Lay back on the chaise lounge chairs, or enjoy a breezy breakfast at the stone dining table.
Additional Resort amenities include multiple sparkling swimming pools and jacuzzis, very close to your patio. Lots of shade palapas line the beach, and there is a convenience store, and even a bocci ball court!

| Amy | The unit we stayed in has been the best unit so far out of the three we stayed. The unit was spotless, decor was gorgeous, and the leather furniture was so comfortable. I also enjoyed that this was the first unit with a bathtub (though not at all a necessity but I love it). Our bed and pillows were very comfortable. The unit was clean and well-organized. Beyond the unit itself, the Princesa staff was on-point and amazing, as always! I have only stayed at another hotel once during my four visits to Rocky Point and came back to the Princesa for the last two trips. The Princesa has incredibly friendly employees, clean beautiful grounds, the best beach access, and all for a more-than-fair price. <br>We came home to a beautiful surprise on Sunday evening to flowers, wine, and a thoughtful card. It meant the world to me! During our previous stay, we had some issues in the unit we stayed in and I completed the survey to notify the staff (there were other guests in the lobby so I didn't want to say anything at the time). One of your agents, Antonio, took time to write me back and address my concerns. Even after that, the Seaside staff went a step further with flowers, wine, and a kind card. <br>I truly LOVE staying at the Princesa and I don't have any intentions to stay anywhere else when we visit Rocky Point! Thank you, Seaside and Princesa for making our little weekend getaways so very comfortable and memorable! |
