BEACHFRONT PENTHOUSE: This gorgeous, tastefully furnished condo is an end unit located on the top floor of the Sonoran Sky Resort that accommodates 10 people. Nothing has been overlooked in this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo, which includes two master suites with king-size beds and attached bathrooms with double sink vanities. Both bedrooms open on to the large 1000 square foot, wrap-around terrace. There are two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. One has a king bed and the other has two queen beds. The views from the terrace extend the length of Sandy Beach and beyond. The terrace includes a wet bar, dining, and seating. Inside there is a large open concept living room, dining room and kitchen overlooking the Sea of Cortez and opening on to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a bar which includes a wine refrigerator. Off of the hall is a utility room with a full-size washer and dryer. Every room has a flat-screen TV and ceiling fan. All the bathrooms have rain showers. There are air conditioning and heating. Please come enjoy our beautiful vacation home. Relax, listen to the waves, watch the beautiful sunsets and enjoy the magical city lights.

| Kelli | The refrigerator did not get cold, but the freezer worked well. Maintenance said they would bring up new/different one, but didn't while we were there. Maybe they swapped after we left?? The Sleep by Number bed in the oceanside Master bedroom was not that comfortable, the remote on the side closest to the bathroom only showed the bottom 1/2 of the numbers so we couldn't get it adjusted correctly. The wine fridge didn't work. The seals around the doors made condensation fall from the vents, the cabinet doors by the grill were starting to loosen. The unit just needs some basic fixing up, but is such a great size for large group. |
