Encántame Towers is a great example of what modern Mexico has to offer. The developer has done an amazing job creating a luxury resort feel from the moment you drive in. This resort is currently offering many wonderful amenities and continuously adding more. 
At Verano 802, we have done our part by going above and beyond to make this beachfront luxury condo one of the best in the area. The split floorplan with 8th-floor ocean views has large sliding door windows in both suites and living areas to experience an indoor/outdoor feel. The décor is bright and inviting bringing natural beach elements with a Mexican touch creating a relaxing experience. The wicker light fixtures add a soothing atmosphere. The sheer and blackout curtains help to control the amount of light in each room. Enjoy High-speed internet. The QR code is located on the kitchen counter for easy connection.
 
Bedroom Suites
Both suites include a King-size bed, wall-mounted 65” smart TV, 6-speed smart ceiling fan with dimmable light, eco dot, walk-in closet, granite surround walk-in shower and granite counters, portable small fan, portable makeup mirror with lights, night tables/writing desks with charging station, additional sitting, and soft area rug. 
 
Living Room
The comfortable seating area includes two armchairs, a custom L shape sectional with an ottoman that converts into 2 twin size day beds with 10” mattresses, a wall-mounted 75” smart TV, an eco studio, an 80” 6 speeds intelligent ceiling fan with dimmable light, DVD player and DVD collection, puzzles and games, yoga mats for a private sunrise/sunset practice, inspiration corner, and comfortable dining table for six.
 
Kitchen
Long Kitchen Island with a built-in sink, dishwasher, Echo Show, and bar stool sitting for four. We followed the recommendations of the American Test Kitchen to offer you the best quality items for a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking, baking, and entertaining needs including two crockpots, an instant pot, a toaster, a waffle maker, an electric citrus juicer, ninja blender, Cuisinart coffee maker combo (12c/individual serving), coffee grinder, electric mixer and more. Pantry supplies like hot cocoa, coffee options, sugar, microwavable popcorn, salt & pepper, spices, aluminum foil, parchment paper, plastic wrap, and zip log bags.
 
Laundry Room
Full-size Samsung washer and dryer, sink, iron, and ironing board, method laundry detergent and liquid softener, cordless shark vacuum, wide opening trash can with lid, and other cleaning tools.
 
Balcony
Two lounge chairs with end table over soft area rug, bistro table for 2, and group sitting with adjustable height coffee table that converts to dining table over a soft area rug.

Casago's onsite friendly staff is bilingual and provides concierge services to scheduled tours, activities, massage services, and several packages to celebrate special occasions.
 
Amenities
The only Adults only rooftop amenities in Rocky Point include an infinity pool, jacuzzi and bar with amazing 24th-floor ocean views exclusive to owners and guests staying at the resort 21+. The main infinity pool is heated/chilled with a swim to the bar and kids' shallow pools—a large jacuzzi on the east and west sides of the main pool. A Lazy River surrounds a large jacuzzi and kidney shape pool, and both are heated/chilled. The water slide is very popular with the kids. An additional infinity pool wraps around a gas fire pit with a sitting area. The wellness center with dessert and ocean views includes a gym, a yoga room with wall-mounted TV, exercise equipment, and floor-to-ceiling mirrors; and two massage rooms. The business center and ATM are located near the lobby and coffee shop.
