Experience Modern Luxury in the beachfront 2-bed, 2.5-bath end unit featuring incomparable sea and beach views from almost anywhere in the condo. The wrap around patio and two full walls of glass doors make you feel one with the sea. Take a short drive to town to embrace all that Rocky Point has to offer.
Overview
This is a 2 bedroom end unit in brand new Encantame Towers. Two private suite-style bedrooms accompany an elegant and comfortable living area, perfect for those looking for an ocean-front getaway, be it long or short term. The Resort is on Play Encanto, renowned for its natural beauty, and is located just minutes outside of Puerto Penasco, Mexico. Located in the center tower, this condo enjoys access to the pristine, uncrowded beach, large swimming pools, an on-site restaurant, swim-up bar, and a coffee shop.
Living room
Two walls face towards the sea, each with sliding glass that brings in an incomparable view. The main panels open extra wide, creating and indoor/outdoor feel. A comfortable seating area has a wall-mounted TV, and a dining table for six with a convenient bench as well. Useful details include a wine refrigerator, and a utility room with a washer and dryer just off of the living room in the hall.
The kitchen is in the main living space as well, bounded by a Long Island with a built-in sink, dishwasher, and bar stool seating. Stainless steel appliances predominate, and sleek countertops and cabinets have a contemporary look.
Bedroom suites
Each of the two bedrooms are a suite featuring a King sized bed, own bathroom, walk in closet and access to the beachfront wraparound patio.
Patio
Walk out of the main bedroom suite and you find two chaise lounges. At the apex of the two-sided patio is a wooden dining table that makes for the best spot for breakfast and conversation.
Encantame Resorts is a work in progess. Encantame Towers is nearly complete, however the resort in the Masterplan Community, Encantame Soleil is being built next door. Please be aware that some construction noise may be present.
