Deep Sea Fishing<\/h2>\r\n \r\n

The fishing out of Bahia Kino is incredible most months of the year. The blue Sea of Cortez holds boundless treasures of trophy fish including Sailfish, Marlin, Dorado (Mahi-Mahi), and Tuna. Near shore and around the islands, catches of Snapper, Sea Trout, Sea Bass, and Yellowtail abound. Charter boats are available.<\/p><\/div>\r\n <\/div>\n

There are many different opportunities for the shopping enthusiast in Bahia Kino. A seasoned veteran of the craft can find cultural novelty trinkets to fine leather goods, customized pottery, glassware and baskets to other high-end gifts. There are several popular locations to walk among the open-air shops. Or take a day trip over to Hermosillo or Guaymas for additional shopping opportunities.<\/p><\/div>\r\n <\/div>\n

If you are a certified diver you can get up close and personal with the flora and fauna of the Sea of Cortez. If you are not, you can arrange to get certified while down here. Get your open water dives completed and explore the deep waters off of San Carlos.<\/p><\/div>\r\n <\/div>\n

Sea Kayaking is a wonderful way to escape and just enjoy the beautiful scenery. You are likely to see Dolphins, which are common in the waters off Bahia Kino. Bring your water camera just in case. Kayakers enjoy the open waters off shore, as well as in the calmer waters within the protected waters closer to shore.<\/p><\/div>\r\n <\/div>\n
