702 is a luxuriously furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo, professionally decorated with beautiful provincial furniture.  All rooms are tastefully painted with soft faux paint.

All the bedrooms have king sized beds and flat screen tv's mounted on the walls. Two bedrooms have direct access to separate bathrooms. With the extra thick mattress on the queen sleeper in the living room you can sleep 8 very comfortably. Also, on the deck, there is a double sized chaise lounge that reclines for the person who likes to sleep with the sound of the ocean. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The exquisite bathrooms all have rain showers, marble counter tops and wall mounted hair dryers. The master bathroom has a private jacuzzi where you can relax in while enjoying an ocean view.

The living room has provincial leather/fabric furniture with a 50" wall mounted flat screened TV that can be swiveled to be enjoyed through out the living room and kitchen area.

The dining room table seats six easily with 3 extra stools at the island in the kitchen.

The gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances , under the counter wine refrigerator,and all the needed cooking utensils, dishes, glassware and plus.  There is, also, a filtered water cooler in the dinette area.  A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room conveniently across from kitchen.

On the balcony a large round table with six padded chairs and matching double sized chaise lounge. You can also enjoy the sunsets sitting in the hot tub on the balcony.

We have spared neither time nor expense to make this a most comfortable but elegant condo and know you will find it as such.  All you will need to bring are your beach towels.
