The Sonoran Sun 701E has outrageous views of the entire Sandy Beach coastline from the resort all the way to Old Port & whale Hill.  It overlooks beautiful common areas of  a neighboring resort as well.  The Sonoran Sun has an on-site restaurant with free musical entertainment (usually in the courtyard) every Friday and Saturday nights.  Also directly in front of the balcony patio, you can watch the sailboats, shrimp  & fishing boats during the day, wave at the parasailers & gliders, plus enjoy the lights of the cruise boats with all their firework shows after dark. These views are unobstructed from both the wraparound patio and the 2 walls of glass in the living room/dining room area.  In addition, the interior wall of the living room/dining room area is mirrored so you have 360 degree views from inside.

The balcony of SE 701 has a private hot tub that can't be viewed from any other condo on the beach. The 50" plasma tv in the living room also sits on top of an electric fireplace offering remote-controlled romantic ambiance.  The furniture on the balcony includes 2 chaise loungers for relaxation plus a 60" patio table that seats 8 people comfortably.   There is also a wet bar on the balcony off the dining room for convenience.
