Dear Sonoran Sky Owner Associates:

Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Pilar Iturralde and I have been chosen to lead the Sea Side management team for rental operations at Sonoran Sky Resort.

Allow me to give you some background on myself so that you may know me better. I was born and raised here in Rocky Point. When I was 15 we moved to New York State. I attended high school on a physics scholarship. I lived in Florida for some time and eventually decided to return to Mexico to live. I been married for 10 years and have 2 children, a girl of 8 years old who is on the top 10 of her class and a boy of 6 years old who has won the 2nd place in Mathematics tournament in his school. I enjoy sports, I been playing in a local team of basketball and volleyball.

I’ve been working at Sea Side for the past 3 years and I know how Sea Side works, I have been instrumental in Implementing and formalizing many of Sea Side’s policies and procedures as we work to perfect the Sea Side operations Manual. I have managed the start up and operations of a Sea Side resort and most recently I have joined in our marketing and sales projects managing special events for Sea Side bringing KOY Radio, CBS Channel 5, media tours to our resorts as well as the recent Triathlon event here in Rocky Point.

I sincerely look forward to working with you in setting up the exciting new Sonoran Sky Resort. I forecast this will be the premier resort in Rocky Point and we will have the highest occupancies and most well run operation in Rocky Point.

We are honored to have been chosen by the Sonoran-Resorts to be the on-site property management company for the Sonoran Sky Resort. We are very excited about the opportunity to work with you.
