Sonoran Sky 309

The Sonoran Sky is the newest member of the Sonoran family, bringing with it newly designed floor plans, larger living areas, and state of the art features. The Sonoran Sky has only 1 building, facing directly toward the Sea of Cortez, which allows our condo Sky 309 to have an amazing ocean view. Not only does it have an amazing ocean view, but you also have a great view of Old Port and are directly above the negative edge pool. It is close enough to the ocean that you can hear the waves crash along the shoreline! The covered balcony which faces eastward, makes for a much cooler afternoon because of the minimal sun hitting the balcony.

 Sonoran Sky 309 is a 3 bedroom condo unit with 3 bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have a king-sized bed with pillowtop mattresses for extra luxery and comfort, as well as ceiling fans in all the rooms. The unit will sleep 8 people as there is an electric queen sized air-mattress that can be used for extra sleeping either inside or on the balcony. The condo has a hot tub on the balcony, and also a private jacuzzi that overlooks the ocean in the master bedroom bath. The professionally decorated condo also has a romantic fireplace and a 50" plasma tv in the living room. The gourment kitchen features state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances plus an under-counter wine chiller. You won't be dissapointed with this condo!

The Sonoran Sky features the "Ocean View Restaurant" that is located right on the beach with a glass wall separating inside diners from the ocean, along with a beach level deck for outdoor dining. There is a very affordable all-you-can-eat breakfast buffett that's worth coming to Rocky Point for! The Sky also has a fitness center where your view from your treadmill or cycle looks out to the negative edge pool and to the ocean beyond. The children's pool has a slide, and also there is a children's play area on the 3rd floor of the resort.  The Sonoran Sky is an exclusive and very botique resort in that there are only about 128 units.
