If your idea of vacation is sipping your coffee on your private porch, watching the sunrise in the morning, or enjoy a cocktail as you watch the sunset over the Tetakawi, this is the house for you. This three bedroom, two bath home is located on the water in the center of San Carlos. It has a large covered patio, where you can dine, relax, read a book or take a nap, while listening to the surf. You can take long walks and explore tide pools, sunbath, snorkel, or go sea kayaking right off the back patio. This fully furnished home has a living room and dining room that look out over the ocean as well. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher as well. If you want some additional privacy, there is a casita adjacent to the main house that opens onto the covered patio. The bedroom looks out over the ocean, and it has its own kitchen, sitting area and bathroom. This home is in easy walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. Dolphins are often seen swimming in the bay just offshore.
