The Sonoran Sun is an amazing resort with endless amenities. The resort features a wonderful restaurant called Emiliano’s, pools with swim up bars, and a state of the art fitness center. This condo is located on the 6th floor of the West Tower. The condo has one bedroom and one bathroom with accommodations for up to four guests, which make it a wonderful treat for a small family, or for a hot romantic weekend with the one you love. The living room of the condo has a soft cream-colored sofa with a hidden sofa bed, two bright white armchairs, and lovely pale wood coffee table and lighted end tables. The room also has a massive wall size wood framed mirror that gives the room a very spacious feel. In addition the room has a beautiful hand woven floral Oriental rug with an entertainment center in a matching pale wood finish. The entertainment center has a TV, CD player, VCR and DVD player. The resort has high speed wireless internet so you can email with friends and family and the condo also comes equipped with cable television so you can keep current on your favorite programs. The room also has two sliding glass doors that open to the terrace. There is no formal dining area inside however there is a built in counter bar with stools just off the kitchen. In the kitchen there are raised panel maple wood cupboards with beige granite counter tops and bright white appliances. The kitchen also has a coffee maker, blender and toaster. You will have all the cookware, serving pieces and flatware that you will need inside the cabinets and drawers. The master bedroom has a king size beech wood and wrought iron framed bed with black and white floral bedding. The room has two painted black wood nightstands with reading lamps and a large 8 drawer dresser where you can store your folded clothing. The room has a view window, a large double door closet with full-length mirrors and a television opposite the bed. The master bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or the hallway. The bathroom has a single sink with a marble vanity and mirror. The private restroom has a commode and a walk-in shower with tub. The terrace has a formal dining area with a square shaped glass top table and seating for four guests. The walls of the terrace are decorated with metal palm tree designs and the views are just breathtaking. You can watch the excitement below or have a home cooked meal and watch the sunset over the ocean. The terrace is a great place to unwind with a cocktail, watch the tide roll in and out or just listen to the sounds of the waves crashing. The condo also comes with a laundry room that has a full size washer and dryer. You will always be comfortable because the condo has cold AC and ceiling fans throughout.
