This is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom 4^th level unit in the Sonoran Sun Resort. This unit is located on the 4^th floor of the West Tower.  This is an ocean front  unit with a completely unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean from your private terrace. The Sonoran Sun is a gorgeous ocean front resort on Sandy Beach. You will enjoy many first class amenities like beach front swimming pools, Jacuzzi Tennis courts, BBQ areas, Full service spa, state of the art fitness center, restaurant, bar and even a convenience store. You will not be disappointed with a luxurious stay at this beautiful resort. This unit can accommodate 6 guests. This would be great for 3 couples or a family of 6. Your eyes  will be very pleased when you enter this condo! The living room has a large red sofa with a matching red arm chair.  The sofa turns into a bed at night for two of your guests. You will really appreciate how easy it is to pull the bed out and then put it back together in the morning. There is a coffee table with a red tile work design in front of the couch and tables on both ends. Many vibrant green tropical plants are placed throughout the unit to enhance the tropical bliss. There is a huge scalloped edge mirror above the sofa that makes the room feel even bigger. The wall opposite the sofa has a small black entertainment stand with a huge flat screen plasma TV. Under the TV there is a DVD, VCR and stereo system. There are many DVD’s to keep you entertained in the evenings. The walls of this unit are Venetian plastered in a sunshine yellow color. There are two sliding glass arcadia doors that open up to the beautifully furnished terrace. The dining area has a round shaped wood table with four matching chairs. If you need additional seating the bar has three high back bar stools. There is a lovely chandelier above the dining table to illuminate the dining area in the evening. The kitchen has dark wood cabinetry with decorated plant shelves above. The counter tops are made of solid sturdy easy to clean up granite. The appliances are white which include a stacked fridge, built in microwave, flat ceramic cook top range, self cleaning oven and dishwasher. There are also smaller appliances like a blender, butcher block, toaster, and coffee maker. This kitchen has it all! You bring the food and we have the tools to turn it into an Iron Chef meal. The cupboards are stocked with cookware, pots, pans, plates, bowls, mixers, and the list goes on. You will find all the silverware, utensils etc in the kitchen drawers. The bar area is also doubles as a great serving station for your guests. The master bedroom has a large king size pillow top mattress on a light brown and black wrought iron bed. The bedding has an oriental theme with the red and gold silky hues. Both sides of the bed have tables with lamps and there is a huge 6 drawer dresser with a TV and DVD player. Next to the dresser there is a huge vase with long sticks of bamboo. The bedroom has a separate seating are near to sliding glass doors that open to the terrace. The master bathroom has a vanity with his and her sinks. The vanity is large with plenty of room for make-up and shaving kits. After a long day at the beach take a shower or soak away in the ceramic tub. The 2^nd guest bedroom ahs a large king size bed with an arched wrought iron and wood head board. The bedding has squares with hand embroidered palm trees. One wall is yellow and the other two are white. There is a huge dresser with a TV / DVD on the top and plenty of room within the drawers to store your clothing. There is also lots of space in the closet for your hanging items. The patio has a black wrought iron rectangular table with seating for 6. There is also an additional seating area where you can sit with a cold margarita and enjoy the famous Rocky Point sunsets. You will have a view all the way to Old Port and you can even see the dolphins splash.  The unit comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. This condo has all the comforts one could possibly need to feel right at home. You will not be disappointed with a wonderful and relaxing stay in condo 405 of the Sonoran Sun.
