This would be great for a family of 8. This unit is to die for! The living room of this condo has been decorated with an L shaped taupe sectional sofa. There is a queen air mattress available since the sofa is not a pull-out. The bed is simple to make up and put back together in the morning. There are plenty of additional linens to make up the sofa bed in the hall linen closet.  In front of the sofa, there is a coffee table that sits on top of a beautiful handwoven Oriental area rug. There is a matching armchair off to the right and a dark wood armoire on the opposite wall. Inside the armoire, there is a large flat-screen TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo system. There are two sliding glass doors off the living room that open to your private terrace. The dining room has been furnished with a large alder wood table set to seat 10 people.  What a perfect arrangement for a family reunion or a major holiday celebration. The kitchen has tall dark wood cabinets with heavily decorated plant shelves above. There are granite countertops with matching granite backsplash. The kitchen included all appliances like a self-cleaning oven, flat ceramic cooktop range, self-cleaning oven, built-in microwave, and a very quiet dishwasher. The countertop has been furnished with a coffee maker, blender, toaster and much more. You bring the food and we provide the rest! There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes, cups, bowls, serving pieces, silverware, barware and so much more. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar that you can use as a serving buffet or wait for your morning coffee to brew. The bar has three matching high back bar stools that have proven to be very comfortable. The master bedroom has a large king size pillow top mattress with a lovely curved black wrought iron frame. There are matching lighted bedside tables, and a massive dresser to store your clothes. There are a large TV and DVD player provided opposite the bed. The master bedroom has two sliding glass doors that will open to the terrace and there is a seating area where you can read and listen to the sounds of the waves. The master bathroom has a large double sink vanity, ceramic tub, and marble shower. There are plenty of clean towels provided on the racks and in the cupboards. The 2nd guest suite also has a king-size pillow-top mattress on its frame with a matching suite of furniture. The room comes with a huge closet, dresser and a TV / DVD player. The 2nd guest suite has its own bathroom with a double sink, tub, and shower. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with two queen-size pillow-top mattresses. This room would be perfect for kids or adults. The room also comes with its own TV and DVD player. The hall bathroom has a single sink vanity with plenty of lighting and counter space. There are a white ceramic tub and a pastel-colored marble shower. The terrace of this unit has been furnished with a dining table and also a separate seating area. You will enjoy many beautiful sunsets over the Sea of Cortez.
