The larger of the two sofas pulls out to a sleeper sofa for two of your guests. There is a hand woven Oriental rug beneath the living room suite that brings all the decorative accents together. There is a lovely coffee table to rest your beverages on and two matching lighted end tables. Two leather ottomans are pushed off to the side so you can maneuver them wherever you like. There is a large metal and wood framed mirror above the sofa that opens up the room with the illusion that it the room size doubles. The walls of the unit have been finished in Venetian plaster and the flooring is 24” travertine squares. There are two sliding glass doors that open to the ocean front ground level patio. The dining area has been furnished with a rustic round wood table that has four chairs beneath it. A beautiful hanging pendant lamp illuminates the dining area in the evening. The walls of the dining area have three equally space rustic art pieces which really enhance the décor. The kitchen has dark wood cabinets that have plant shelves decorated with plants and ceramic knick knacks. The counter tops are made of light colored granite with a matching granite back splash. The appliances are white on white which include a self cleaning oven, flat cook top range, dishwasher, and refrigerator and built in microwave. You will also have many counter top appliances like an electric can opener, toaster, blender and coffee maker. You only need food. The cabinets are loaded with plates, glasses and bar ware. The cabinets below are filled with pot, pans and serving pieces. You will find the drawers lined with all the silver ware and serving utensils you could possibly need. The kitchen has a built in bar area perfect to use as a serving buffet for your guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a pillow top mattress and a black wrought iron frame. The bedding is a shiny silver set with many accent pillows. There are lighted bed side tables on each side of the bed which make bed time reading a breeze. Across from the bed there is a huge 8 drawer dresser with a mirror and TV. There are two sliding glass doors that open to the patio and a lovely seating area with olive colored wing back arm chairs and a lovely hand woven Oriental rug. This room is fit for royalty. There is plenty of room to store your clothing ion the dresser or hang it in the double door mirrored closet. The 2nd bathroom has one sink with a tub and shower combo. You will have plenty of fresh towel, linens and daily maid service. The patio of this condo has a dining table set to seat six.
