The living room of this unit has a massive tan micro fiber L shaped sectional sofa. The sofa folds out to three sofa beds. There are plenty of clean sheets and extra blankets provided in the hall linen closet. This penthouse has sliding doors all the way around the unit. This is a corner unit where you will have a completely unobstructed ocean view from just about every room in the condo. There is a massive 50” LCD screen TV with a VCR, DVD and surround sound stereo system. The room has decorated end tables and a lovely leather ottoman for your feet. The dining area has a light wood table with seating for six. There is a china cabinet with many serving and entertaining pieces stored inside. The dining area is illuminated with natural light in the day and a lovely hanging chandelier in the evening. The kitchen has dark wood cabinets and plant shelves that are decorated with ceramic plates and plants. The counter tops are tan granite with a matching granite back splash. You will have state of the art white on white appliances which include a built in microwave, dishwasher, self cleaning oven flat cook-top stove and refrigerator. There are many included counter top appliances like a blender for margarita, coffee maker, toaster oven and so much more. You will find all the dishes, glasses and bar ware provided in the cabinets. There is flatware, and serving utensils in the drawers. The cabinets contain pots, pans, glass bowls etc. All you will need to bring is the food and cocktails. The kitchen also has a built in bar perfect to sit with your morning coffee or can also be used as an appetizer station for guests. The Master bedroom has a king size pillow top mattress on top of a light wood colored bed with a high back head board. The bedding is all beige with a cream colored dust ruffle. There are matching bed side tables, a dresser and an armoire with a TV and DVD player. There are two sliding glass doors that open to the terrace where you can sit on the green couch and listen to the waves or curl up with your favorite book. There is an ottoman in front of the couch so you can really kick up your feet and relax. There is also a lovely hand woven floral rug in the seating area that gives the room just the right amount of color.  The master bathroom has a double sink vanity with lots of counter space and lighting. There is a cultured marble shower and ceramic tub covered with a shower curtain enclosure. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed with a pillow top mattress. The room has one lighted bed side table and a 6 drawer dresser to store your clothing. There is a large TV and DVD provided on top of the dresser. If you brought some nicer attire you will have plenty of room in the closet to hang it. The 3rd bedroom is also furnished with a large bed and matching suite of furniture. You will really love how the color of the bedding compliments the colors of the room. The hall bathroom has a single sink vanity with cabinet storage below. The tub and shower have rustic brass fixtures and there are plenty of fluffy towels nearby. The terrace has a private Jacuzzi, bar, grill and seating for everyone. You have your own private sundeck furnished with comfortable chaise lounge chairs. Careful because after too many margaritas you may just fall asleep here. This unit was made for entertaining!
