Las Gaviotas

Las Gaviotas is located next to the Penasco Del Sol resort community, so there is no excuse to get out and see the area, enjoy the shops, food and night life. Don't forget the incredible peaceful beach and the magnificent sunsets. In addition to all of this you can open the patio door and walk right on the beach. Pick up sea shells, jog along the tide, play tag with the tide, walk through the tide pools and see all the little sea creatures. Las Gaviotas is convenient, spacious, and full of amenities and just a great place to enjoy your vacation, rest and renew your spirit and just...enjoy yourself. Not all the condos are beach front but they all have an ocean view. The beachfront condos can be easily reached by walking down the steps from the property right to the sand.
