UNSATISFACTORY    At the Princessa de Penasco you will have a condo right on Sandy Beach. The resort was designed so that all the five towers enjoy a breathtaking view of the Sea of Cortez. The middle of the arched design contains a green grassy courtyard with many exotic flowers and red brick walk ways. The resort has 3 swimming pools to choose from, a heated Jacuzzi spa and palm frond covered beach umbrellas. The resort also gives you the option of having a work out in the ocean view fitness center or playing a game of volleyball on the sand court across the way. The resort includes on-site check in and a wonderful cantina called Agave where you can get a cocktail and nibble on some homemade chips and salsa. This is a very safe resort with 24 hour security. This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is located on the 5th floor of the E Tower. This condo is located ocean front with accommodations for 8 guests. You can sleep two people in each of the bedrooms and then there is a pullout sofa that can sleep another two guests. In the living room there is a sage colored suede sofa with a matching sage green love seat, end table and coffee table. The room also has a maple wood entertainment center that has a TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. The condo has been wired with high speed wireless internet so that it is easy to stay in contact with your friends and family back in the states. You can get to the terrace though a set of sliding glass doors off the living area. In the dining room there is a unique shaped chandelier that hangs above a dark wood rectangular shaped table that has seating for 6. Behind the dining table there is a large china cabinet in a matching wood finish that is adorned with ceramic pieces. The kitchen has a built in tile topped counter bar with three high back bar stools. In the kitchen you have black on black appliances with bright white fully stocked cabinets and drawers. You could put together a really delicious feast. The master bedroom is beautiful with a king size scrolled metal framed canopy bed that has beige and cream colored striped bedding. The room includes a set of lighted bed side tables, a dresser with a TV and two sliding glass doors that open to the terrace. The room also has a large closet with full length mirrors. The attached master bathroom has a double sink marble vanity with a tub, commode and shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have queen size beds, matching bed side tables and a dresser with a TV. You can put your clothing in the dresser or store it in the double door sliding mirrored closet. The hall bathroom has a large vanity with one mirrored sink, a commode, tub and shower. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs so that you may enjoy a sunset meal over the Sea of Cortez. The terrace also includes a set of chaise loungers so that you can sunbathe and feel the warm ocean breeze upon your skin. In the evenings the chaise loungers are a wonderful spot to sit and try to count the stars. In the mornings you could relax with your morning coffee and listen to the sounds of the tide rolling in and out. The condo comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout. You will not be disappointed with all that this 5th floor condo has to offer. You should make your travel arrangements at once!

INSATISFACTORIO en princesa de peñasco va a tener un condominio justo en Sandy Beach , el complejo esta diseñado para que las cinco torres disfruten de una vista maravillosa del Mar de Cortez en medio del diseño de arco esta un espacio de patio con césped, con muchas plantas exóticas y pasillos de ladrillos rojos. El complejo tiene 3 albercas de donde escoger un jacuzzi caliente y sombrillas de palma. El complejo también te da la opción de hacer ejercicio en frente de la vista del mar en un gimnasio o jugar un partido de voleibol en el patio de arena justo enfrente del gimnasio. El complejo incluye una recepción para checar entrada, una cantina maravillosa llamada Agave donde usted puede agarrar un coctel y mordisquear papitas y salsa casera. Este es un complejo muy seguro con seguridad las 24 horas. Este es un condominio de tres recamaras y dos baños el condominio esta localizado en el quinto piso edificio E. Este condominio es frente al mar con acomodaciones para ocho personas. Tú puedes acomodar dos personas por cama y otros dos invitados en el sofá cama de la sala. En la sala hay un sofá color verde claro hecho de gamuza con otro sofá del mismo color, mesa de la orilla y mesita de centro. El cuarto también tiene un centro de entretenimiento hecho de madera de arce con TV, DVD, VCR y un tocador de CD. El condominio ha sido instalado con cable de internet de alta velocidad para que pueda estar en contacto con sus seres cercanos. Usted puede ir hacia la terraza justo enfrente de la sala atreves de la puerta corrediza de vidrio. En el comedor hay un candelabro único que esta colgando arriba de una mesa rectangular de madera oscura que es para seis personas. Atrás de la mesa del comedor hay un gabinete de china con terminación de madera y decorada con adornos de cerámica. La cocina tiene un terminado de azulejo y barra con tres bancos altos. En la cocina tiene accesorios de color negro y gabinetes, cajones color blanco completamente lleno de cosas. Tú puedes hacer una deliciosa comida. La recamara principal es una hermosura con su cama King con volutas de metal y dosel que tiene ropa de cama color beige y crema con rayas. El cuarto incluye un set de mesitas con luz, un peinador con una televisión y dos puertas de vidrio corredizas que se abren hacia la terraza. El cuarto también tiene un closet grande con puertas con espejos grandes. El cuarto que esta junto ala recamara tiene un lavado doble con una bañera con regadera. La segunda y tercera recamara tienen camas queen mesitas de alado y un peinador con televisión. Puedes poner tu ropa en el peinador o colgarlas en el closet. El baño del pasillo tiene un lavado grande con espejo retrete, bañera y regadera. La terraza esta decorada con una mesa y sillas para que pueda disfrutar una comida al atardecer viendo el mar de Cortez. La terraza también tiene un par de sillas de playa para que puedas solearte y disfrutar de la suave briza del mar en tu piel. En la tarde las sillas de la playa en la terraza es un buen lugar par sentarte y tratar de contar las estrellas. En la mañana puedes relajarte tomando un café y oír los sonidos de la marea subiendo y bajando. El condominio viene con una lavadora y secadora y abanicos de techo por el condominio. Usted no estará decepcionado con lo que tiene que ofrecer este condominio en el quinto piso. Debería de hacer sus arreglos para viajar ya!
