This is the wonderful beach front resort of the Princessa de Penasco. At this resort the buildings are shaped in an enclave which makes the center a wonderful green courtyard with an abundance of palm trees, red brick path ways and many colorful exotic flowers. The condo towers all have a cobalt blue princess crown which gives the resort its name. The resort has many wonderful amenities like 3 crystal clear swimming pools, lounge chairs in the sand and a heated Jacuzzi spa. You can take a refreshing workout in the ocean view fitness center or play a game of volleyball on the sand court across from the fitness center. The resort includes a restaurant t called Agave and they have delicious margaritas and a Caesar salad that is just to die for. You check in right in the property at the Sea Side reservations office behind the C Tower. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is located on the 5^th floor of the D Tower. This condo has an amazing ocean view with accommodations for 6 guests. You can sleep two people on the sofa bed and 2 in each of the bedrooms. The living are of the condo has a tan sofa and love seat with a metal framed wall mounted mirror above and two end tables on each side. The room has a large media cabinet with a TV and CD player. The condo comes with high speed wireless internet so you can shop online or send messages back and forth with your friends. You can get to the terrace though the sliding glass doors off the living area. In the dining room there is a rectangular wood table with seating for six and another set of glass doors that open to the side of the terrace. In the kitchen you have ceramic tiled counter tops, black appliances and white painted cabinets. The kictehn is loaded with everything you need. There is a built-in breakfast bar off the kictehn lined with high back wood bar stools. In the master bedroom you have a queen size bed with a maple head board and red, orange, yellow and brown striped bedding. The room includes a lighted bed side table dresser and a small double door closet on each side of the bay window. You also have the option of storing your stuff in the lower double door storage cabinet. In the master bathroom there is a free standing single sink mirrored vanity and a private shower, commode and tub. The 2^nd guest bedroom also has a queen size bed with a lovely bedding set and 2 bed side tables. The room has a large double door closet, a window that views the condo entrance and a dresser. The hall bathroom has a walk in shower with a commode and single sink vanity. The terrace is furnished with a dining table and chairs so that you can watch the sunset over the Sea of Cortez or relax with a good book and feel the warm ocean breeze through your hair. The condo comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans. You will love this place.
