A wonderful choice you have made in choosing the Princessa as your vacation destination. This is a magnificent resort with a red brick courtyard, flower lined paths and several green grassy areas. Some of the amenities at the Princessa are the heated Jacuzzi, crystal clear beach front swimming pools and areas where you can BBQ up a meal. You will also be impressed with the fitness center and sand beach volleyball court. If you get a little hungry you could always head over to the Agave cantina and get something good to eat and maybe watch a ball game. The resort is very secure as it has 24 hour security on the property. You can take care of check in at the Sea Side Reservations office on-site. You will be very pleased with this beautiful resort. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is located on the 3rd floor of the C Tower. This condo has a wonderful view of the ocean and it can accommodate 6 guests; 2 can sleep in each of the bedrooms and 2 can have a comfy sofa bed to sleep on in the great room. In the great room there is a dark brown love seat, sofa and carved wood coffee table, end tables and large media unit. The large carved wood media unit has a big TV, VCR, DVD and lots of books and movies. You will be happy that the condo has high speed wireless internet so you can always tend to family, friends and business back home. You can stay on top of the news and sports because the condo also has cable TV. You can get access the terrace by the doors in the great room. The dining area has a round dark oak wood table with red place mats and a floral center piece. The table has four matching chairs with green seat cushions. There is a pendant chandelier to light the area and an oil painting on the wall to brighten up the room. In the kitchen there are stone colored granite counters, white wash cabinets, and black appliances. The kitchen has plenty of place settings, silver ware, utensils and cookware. You should however brink drinks and food. The built in counter bar works really well as an appetizer serving station. In the master bedroom there is a queen size bed with a dark and light wood arched head board and tan colored bedding. The bed has a table with a lamp on each side and a dresser on the other side. The window has an excellent view of the ocean and a small closet on each side where you can hang clothes. Under the window there is another smaller storage area. The master bathroom is equipped with a sink vanity, toilet, shower and tub. In the 2nd bedroom there is a queen size bed with a black wrought iron frame and light floral patterned bedding. The room has one single lighted table and a dresser. In the room there is also a good sized closet with mirrors. The hall bathroom has a sink, walk-in shower and commode. The terrace has views of the ocean and the entire courtyard. You could have your sea food dinner outside and breathe in the fresh ocean air or have a cold Modelo and listen to the sounds of the tide. The Rocky Point sunsets create quite a spectacular show. You will not want to miss them. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans. You will really enjoy this condo and all its amenities.
